We shared the payment screenshot along with the transaction ID. However, we were later asked to provide the Razorpay payment proof again.
Since the sales page mentioned a “no questions asked” refund policy, this process felt different from what we had expected based on the advertised messaging. After providing the requested details again, we received confirmation that our refund had been initiated. However, at the time of writing this review, the refund amount had not yet been credited to our original payment method.
